All special order or custom orders are not subjected to cancellations.
All Sales Are Final
No Refunds Or Exchanges.
Please be aware that it can take up to 6 to 24 weeks and/or longer for the delivery of your new custom order furniture.
Seller is not responsible for delay in manufactures, supplies, vendors, shipping and /or back order.
Buyer assumes all risk associated with transportation of merchandise that is picked up.
Items Must Be Picked Up Within 7 Days or on the Delivery Schedule. We Have Limited Space So If We Have to Store Your Item for More Than 7 Days, a Per Item Per Day Fee of $ 5.00 Will Apply!
After 60 Days if merchandise is not pickup you will forfeit your deposit and merchandise will be placed back into stock.
All warranties are to the original purchaser and are non- transferable.
All warranties are limited to manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal, indoor, residential use. Warranties are for repair, replacement, or substitution only, at J. Vanover and Co. sole discretion. A return will not be accepted unless there was a manufacturing defect, then please contact us immediately.
Any floor samples are sold as-is.
Buyer agrees to measure doorways, stairways, and rooms before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit.
